Corporate and event gifting usually means ordering sweets in bulk, and bulk sweets from most sources tend to lean heavily on refined sugar syrup, artificial colouring, and preservatives designed to survive weeks in transit and storage — none of which reflects well on the company or host sending them out.
The Barfi Bulk Gifting Box is built as a cleaner alternative for exactly that use case, packing four pieces of Khajur (Date) Barfi and four pieces of Anjeer (Fig) Barfi into each box, sized and priced for bulk and event ordering rather than individual gifting. Both barfis are made from whole fruit — dates and figs respectively — ground into a dense paste and shaped into small pieces, with their natural sugars doing the sweetening rather than a sugar syrup base.
There’s no added colour to make them look more festive than they naturally are, and no chemical preservatives added to extend their shelf life artificially. This does mean the shelf life is genuinely shorter than a typical commercial mithai, which is a direct trade-off for skipping preservatives, and something we’re upfront about with bulk corporate buyers so delivery timing can be planned around actual usage or distribution dates.
